For over 20 years, Roxanne has been a dynamic force in the fine jewellery industry. Her journey began as a Diamond Grader, working with prestigious names such as De Beers and Theo Fennell. She was always driven by connection and wanted to create jewellery with meaning and symbolism. Roxanne launched her eponymous brand in 2013, combining her unique design aesthetic with traditional fine jewellery craftsmanship.
Committed to ethical practices, she has prioritised sourcing materials from trusted suppliers to ensure a clean and transparent supply chain. By 2020, she was leading a dedicated team of six, crafting bespoke, responsibly sourced jewellery.
In 2021, Roxanne founded the RRH Diamond Academy to address the diversity gap in the fine jewellery industry. Drawing on her expertise in jewellery innovation, wholesaling, marketing, and brand development, the academy offered mentorship and insights from leaders in publishing, retail, marketing, and manufacturing.
After a successful Sotheby’s Exhibition Roxanne decided to take a career pause to raise her children. She ditched her smartphone and truly began to appreciate the power of connection and the importance of community. After countless Sunday night logistical marathons with other mums about picks ups and clubs, it became clear there was a major gap in the childcare system. And so, Village Clubhouse was born.
As Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Village Clubhouse, Roxanne now channels her creativity into designing engaging programmes and experiences that foster holistic child development and strengthen community connections.
As a designer, mother, and advocate for personal empowerment, Roxanne believes in being the architect of one’s life. She sees the milestones and memories we create as the pillars that define and inspire us. This belief not only shapes her approach to raising her children but also drives her vision for Village Clubhouse—a space where creativity and connection thrive.
